Seeing Home Differently
Habitar con intención: An Interior Design Workshop
Sometimes, all we need is a fresh perspective to see the possibilities in our own homes.
During our interior design workshop, Habitar con intención, we had the pleasure of welcoming Sandra Piñeros, an architect, artist, and interior designer who invited us to rethink our spaces with creativity and intention.
Looking at our homes through a new creative lens.
A Little Inspiration, A Lot of Creativity
Each of us brought photographs of a space we wanted to transform. With Sandra's guidance, we explored how colors, textures, furniture, and composition can make a room feel more personal and welcoming.
Exploring different styles and finding inspiration for our own spaces.
Then came the fun part! With photographs, furniture cutouts, and material samples spread across the tables, we created our own Design Direction Boards, imagining new possibilities for our homes.
Sharing ideas and discovering new possibilities together.
Along the way, we asked ourselves: What do we want to keep? What would we like to change? And how do we want our space to feel?
We discovered that creating a home we love isn't always about buying something new. Sometimes, it's about seeing what we already have differently.
Every little detail helps tell the story of a space.
A heartfelt thank you to Sandra Piñeros for sharing her knowledge and creativity with us, and to everyone who joined this inspiring experience.
After all, home is not about perfection. It's about creating a space that feels like us.

We were also delighted to welcome Monica Stewart, one of the Art Club's founders, who now lives in Uruguay. It was wonderful to have her join us and reconnect with friends from the club!
At the end of our second session, the photography group joined us to share their newly arrived book, Doble Exposure. It was a lovely opportunity to come together, explore their work, and celebrate another creative project within our Art Club community.
