Art Club Gathering

This Friday, March 13, the Art Group gathered for a special “Handcraft with Love” session led by Eugenia Espinosa.

It was a very eclectic and inspiring group. Everyone spent the morning hand-sewing and creating together. Eugenia brought several beautiful fabrics, and Jane Pilla also shared some textiles she had created years ago while studying textile design and surface textiles.

Together, the group worked on a special handmade pouch, and the atmosphere was joyful, creative, and collaborative. We spent a wonderful morning sharing ideas, skills, and stories while crafting.

Looking ahead:

* Karen will collaborate with the group next semester by leading a poetry workshop, and everyone will be warmly invited to participate.

* Jade, who also has wonderful handcraft skills, may join us in developing some blanket projects in the future.

It was a beautiful and inspiring gathering. Next Friday we will meet again to continue working on our projects. Feel free to come and explore the different fabrics and creative possibilities with us.

Every Friday, the Art Club is open for artistic projects, learning from one another, and sharing life stories. The club exists to bring people together and strengthen bonds of friendship through creativity.
