Art, Moms & Music
Our Mother’s Day celebration was a beautiful success - filled with creativity, emotion, and joy.

What a success our Friday session was! We started early, making heartfelt cards with Ana the week before.
On Friday, the Art Club began with a cozy crochet session, and right after that, we moved into the celebration honoring all mothers.
We started early, making heartfelt cards with Ana the week before.
Then, a group from our Art Club gathered to craft 3D paper flowers and set up a stunning photo corner at the association.

A special highlight was the watercolor artwork created by Selene Oliva.
Her delicate floral designs became part of the cards, each paired with a small pink rose and a token from the association.
The event itself was full of music and meaning.
Marcela Quiroz led us in a powerful guided meditation honoring our ancestry and the life choices that brought us here.
It was truly touching.
Singer-songwriter Carolina Farinaccio performed her original song “Incomparável.”
She shared that she could only finish composing it after moving to the United States, where she was inspired by the Hebrew words Aleph and Tov (beginning and end) - a beautiful reflection of her journey.
Then came a light and delicious brunch arranged by Gabi and Gretchen, followed by a joyful karaoke session led by Cíntia Lima - with songs by Shakira, Marisa Monte, Grease hits, and more.
We ended the day dancing, laughing, and singing together.
Thank you, Art Group, for bringing your joy and talent to our community. We’re so lucky to have you!
