Giant Wool Workshop with Lina Toro - Hybrid (on-line & in person)

  • IDB Family Association 6901 Rockledge Drive Bethesda, MD, 20817 United States (map)

Join us for an extraordinary hands-on workshop where we’ll dig into the art of creating a cozy throw using giant wool and our very own hands as tools. Unleash your creativity as our knitting teacher Lina Toro guides us through the steps to craft a fabulous throw.

No needles required - just your hands and a passion for creating something beautiful. Come ready to learn, create, and unwind as we weave together the threads of creativity!

Attention:
For this wool crafting workshop, we're excited to announce that participants will need to bring their own materials. This way, you can choose the colors and brands that best suit your personal preferences and crafting needs.

We kindly ask each participant to bring one of the suggested items below:

  • A) 3 giant wool balls of your preferred colors from Michael's. This will allow you to select hues that match your unique style and project vision. (suggested by the teacher). You can also find them here.

  • B) 4 giant wood balls from Amazon, ensuring you have enough variety and quantity for the workshop activities and for the following sessions. Click here.

As always, feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need further assistance in preparing for the workshop. We can't wait to see all the beautiful creations you'll bring to life with your personally selected materials.
